CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
Unlocking the Body’s Natural Healing Through CST
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) works by gently correcting imbalances in the fluid and membranes surrounding the brain and spinal cord. This rhythmic cerebrospinal flow plays a crucial role in stimulating the body’s natural healing system. This therapeutic approach is often called "biodynamic"—a reminder that every cell in our body is interconnected, each one contributing to our overall well-being.
Think of craniosacral fluid (CSF) like the ocean. On the surface, we see waves and ripples, but beneath lies a vast, powerful force—dynamic yet unseen. Just as the ocean influences everything within it, CSF impacts our skeletal, muscular, and immune systems, as well as brain function and even behavior patterns.
Like skilled deep-sea divers exploring the ocean’s depths, craniosacral practitioners use subtle touch and focused intention to connect with the body's innate intelligence. By ensuring the unimpeded flow of CSF, we help restore balance, ease tension, and promote deep relief—allowing the entire system to function in harmony.

HEARTH OF BELONGING
In the Celtic tradition, the body is a home for the soul. Your body is your “house of belonging”; your soul is resident. Your active presence brings you to the hearth of your house. Your active presence translates your identity luminously into a clear and vibrant self.
When we feel at home, we feel we belong. We might feel at peace, inspired, complete, full, and thankful of the present moment. We become aware of our gift that we have to offer to the world.
HEARTH OF BELONGING
Through bodywork, and through visiting curiosity, intention, feelings, senses and dreams, you will find the warm hearth of your own soul. The Hearth’s Path will include some of the following:
The original LaStone Therapy, Visionary Cranial Sacral work
Bodywork
Somatic integration
Visionary Cranial Sacral work
Bodywork, or contacting the body with meaningful intention to discover more of the possibly sleeping and/or symbolic content
Somatic integration
Presencing sessions. These sessions may include EMDR, narrative technique, body prayer, noetic field integration, or other modalities of body/mind linking.
Through actual experience, we can begin to remember a language that is understood throughout our body, our prayers, and our connection to our deepest callings. Your Hearth’s Path sessions will be custom designed according to your questions and desire,

EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a complex, integrative method of individual psychotherapy in which the therapist ABOUT CHRISTINA BLOG guides the client through a procedure to access and resolve troubling experiences and emotions. EMDR brings together elements of many psychological orientations, including psychodynamic, cognitivebehavioral, client-centered, gestalt, and bio-energetic approaches to psychotherapy.
What is EMDR used for?
EMDR is most commonly used to address emotional disturbance related to disturbing or traumatic events. In addition to reactions to trauma, EMDR is used to help troubling symptoms such as anxiety, depression, guilt and anger. It can also be used to enhance emotional resources such as confidence and self-esteem, artistic ability, creativity, and athletic performance. EMDR can also be used effectively to lower stress prior to and post dental treatment and surgeries.

BODYWORK/LASTONE THERAPY
A unique blend of polarity therapy, deep tissue massage, craniosacral work, and energy balancing techniques is tailored to each client’s needs. The approach depends on the individual and whether the issue is primarily structural, muscular, neurological, or stress-related. With over a decade of experience as a professional yoga instructor, Christina also offers foundational postures to enhance comfort and calm, helping to introduce new, positive physical habits and body mechanics.
LaStone Therapy is a deeply soothing experience that combines warm, smooth basalt river stones placed around and beneath the spine with massage using heated stones in the palms. This allows for deeper, more contoured heat and pressure penetration, promoting relaxation, lymphatic cleansing, and relief from stiffness. As a highly sought-after spa treatment, it’s particularly beneficial for those with conditions like fibromyalgia, RSD, and other complex disorders—where a combination of EMDR and bodywork often yields the best results.

Omnist minister
My Ministry
I was ordained as a minister in 1981. As an omnist minister, my particular ministry and service is to nurture connection between individuals, balance in community partnerships, and to support loving and well being between people.
I provide this through facilitating ceremonies, rituals, and through my practice of psychotherapy, and my classes that elevate consciousness and awareness. Through doing noetic balancing, I assist clients to clear "karma", ancestral secrets and trauma, and to reach their next inner level of healing.

Tango Therapy
Healing Through Movement, Connection, and Music
Tango Therapy is more than just dance—it’s a powerful tool for physical and emotional well-being. Designed for individuals recovering from surgery, managing joint or back issues, or simply new to tango, this practice enhances balance, flexibility, and cognitive function while easing stress and anxiety.
Imagine movement as medicine—one that soothes the heart, lowers blood pressure, and lifts the spirit. The close embrace of tango releases oxytocin, reducing stress and fostering deep connection. Studies show that tango is as effective as medication in alleviating depression, improving mood, and even enhancing brain health for a longer, happier life.
Step into the rhythm of healing and joy—one embrace at a time.
